| McCarthy's Wildlife Sanctuary | ||

| We visited this big cat sanctuary on August 30, 2011. The facility is well constructed and maintained, and the animals looked happy and healthy. There were no other visitors at the time, so we had a private tour, followed by a romp with an actual lion cub. The sanctuary's web site is www.mccarthyswildlife.com. | ||
